Whey nice liqueur

We picked up some liqueur in Tasmania at a sheep cheese farm. It’s made from the left over sheep’s whey. Sounds gross huh? It’s actually very nice. It’s got a vanilla flavour but is very lite unlike other milk-based liqueurs. Good on ice-cream I reckon

      Mmm, yes and you might be the only other person I know willing to actually try it. I’ll make sure I save some for the next time you’re in Oz.
